Suggestions on Build?

Well, getting 'nother build, here is what I have picked:

Case: Already have a cool ATX case and PSU I got from local store

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-K8NSC-939 ATX MoBo

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 939 Venice

RAM: 1GB PQI Turbo RAM PC3200 (2x512MB)

Vid Card: AOpen 6600GT AGP 8x 128MB

Optic Drive: LITE-ON Black IDE CD/DVD ROM Drive

HD: Have a 80GB Maxtor I just got not too long ago I will switch over.


So what do you guys think of that setup? That AOpen is $138 with a rebate, that's a damn steal.

I hope it will work, I want to order it today.

sounds like it will run fine, try to overclock that 6600 alot of people are gettin them over 500

Well I would hope so considering the 6600GT's stock clock speed is 500. I was planning on getting it to 575 upwards, with a vga cooler and some good ole case fans.

Yes but better performance, so does that build look ok, I mean compatability wise?

Everything looks really good. Everything is compatible, and will perform quite well.

I havent heard much about the AOpen vid cards. Perhaps do a google search for a review just to make sure that it is reliable.
