Simple Video Editing

I'm looking for a software for basic video editing of video formates. I want to take a middle frame and make it the start frame and make an end frame just for one scene of my movie. What software is best for this since I do not have a computer that is high powered (not a uber PC).

You can check here and see if they have what you are looking for. There is something called PowerDirector 2.5 that is available. There are many others but these were free. I will search some more and see if i can find some others.

I do that with Windows Movie Maker, works great, very simple to use.


I see you have XP too, Movie Maker is built right in. Have you tried it yet???
