And its cooler when you OC it then an evga.

that's not what one user here reported...he was actually disappointed by the heatsinks performance, which I was pretty shocked considering the size of it and all..

I wonder if it's so heavy though that when it's then put in your case the heatsink is so heavy that it makes worse contact with the GPU.

Actualy its not heavy at all. Its about the same weight as my 5600ultra. And i think the guy just has a colling problem or something cause i OCd the thing to ultra speeds and it worx quite fine.

Well I can't hear it at all, especially in an OC'ed case, I think you're overamplifying the noise on a GPU fan...
