Say your building a comp, and you have the motherboard in, the RAM, CPU, and Video card in, along w/ IDE drives. Now I know you are supposed to check for lights and whistles and bells. Do you turn on the I/O switch on PSU then the computer power button? If so, what should you be looking/listening for? I know if it works fine you go straight to BIOS and get everything straight. It's not building one that pressures me, it's what to do after it's ready to be booted.
