Putting Fresh HD In...

After you get all your parts installed, and you install the HD, should it just turn on and go straight to BIOS, where you then set it to read from CD first so you can install Windows?

You need to press "del" or "f2" (depending on the motherboard) to get into the bios and set it to see the CD-rom before the HDD.
