Hello All,

I recently downloaded a video file, one that was mislabled and ended up being bogus(won't even run). I can't delete it. If I use Norton System Tools to remove it I get a warning that it is "tired with the operating system". Next to the improper label of the video name, it says in parenthesis "leakhark"

Can anyone help me with this? Since I downloaded the program I've also been experiencing some weird slow downs. Is it some type of memory leak?

either find the process associated with the file and end it, then delete the file, or
boot into safe mode and delete it from there

I think the program is called killbox. Anyhow, geekstogo has it on their utilities page. It should do the job.

Booted to safe mode, deleted it with ease! Thanks! The other program sounds slick, I'll have to check it out as well.
