Overcloking Video Cards

If u overclock a videocard, the cooler it is the higher you can overclock right? without vmod it has a limit i understand

I have a radeon 9200 from ATI and i overclocked it to 329/440 from the original 250/200. If i cool the chip with a pentium 2 heatsink and fan, will i be able to get higher than 329 with no artifacts

at 350 the chips fails completely

250/400 i meant memory is doubled remember?

200 =400mhz
220 =440mhz

core is 329mhz
