Which one?

Hi.

I am trying to decide upon which of these 2 motherboards to buy, or which is best value for price.

I am building a pc and at the moment I have a P4 Proc (478) and PCI-E (Rad X700) gfx card. I will be using my pc mainly for gaming (counter-strike 1.6).

If someone could point me into the right direction into which of these two motherboards is best for me it would be of great help.
