You actually trust speedfan when it comes to multimeter readouts? I've seen speedfan reading the 12v rail as 3v in the past.

Use the BIOS or a multimeter to get some accurate readouts.

BIOS is usually just as accurate as the program.

That's why I trust my fluke multimeter, stays in my toolbag.
 
yeah, speedfan is off on a lot of occasions....if his PSU was actually putting out those voltages his computer wouldn't be running ;)

Like gaara and chris are saying, multimeter is the best way to go....pop it into a molex and you got your true +12v readings
