Is integrated or 1Ghz FSB better??

I am about to order, and I was wondering if the retail 1ghz FSB or the OEM integrated FSB would be better. It's an Athlon 64 3200+ venice core. Let me know asap plz!

EDIT: as far as HSF goes (retail or oem) I don't care. My main concern is which FSB is better.

i think the OEM and the retail is the same, just no box, an no HSF.

Because the memory controller is litterally on the CPU itself.

The CPU, wheter OEM or Retail will have all of the exact same specs. That means that both have an integrated FSB (aka: on-die memory controller), and both have a FSB of 1000MHz.

The difference between OEM and Retail is that OEM doesnt come with all of the nice packaging or the heatsink&fan, while the Retail does.
