Puget Systems, if you just tell them in the comments. They say they have access to just about any part, and I wouldn't think that retail CPUs are that hard to buy. Watch out though, they might charge you ridiculous prices for it.

Not many options. You could try alienware, velocity micro, or overdrive. Also ibuypower and cybperpower. If oem, there dells, compaq/hp and gateway.

You should take a look at AMD Athlon X2 3800+/4200+/4400+/4600+/4800+. They give better performance than Intel dual cores.
