I have a new Toshiba Satellite and it has stupid "keyboard shortcuts" such as CTRL+A is like hitting "enter" so anytime I want to use a Capital A I have to turn on caps lock. Please let me know what I should do.

Thanks,
Justin

Ummm, you should be able to press Shift + a to get a capital a, but if you're looking. Take a look at what processes are running (ctrl + alt + del, task manager).

Some of them should be toshiba processes, look each one up to find out which controls their hotkeys.

Or if you want, just end each one and test between to see which gets rid of the hotkey you don't like.

I'm sorry, I don't understand that page

Every time I hit CTRL+A it is like hitting "enter"

How can I disable this!

Thanks,
Justin
