Which HSF is better?

ZALMAN CNPS7700-CU 120mm 2 Ball Cooling Fan or Thermaltake CL-P0024 Cooling Fan/Heatsink. There both around the same price. THe Zalman is copper that looks like those fried and breaded stringy heads of lettuce. The Thermatake is also copper but is a hudge chunk of it with slits and holes but you need to buy a fan with it. Fits both 80 or 90mm fans so just assume you get a thermatake 90mm fan.

Well it seems you know the answer 1st or 2nd and if its going to be negative and tell me what to do then dont post. Cause i look and they dont really answer my question. Oh and there isnt tons of threads exactly like this.
