Okay I recently overclocked my cpu and gfx card. on full load after games the cpu runs at 65C and the gfx at 70C. I realize that these are high and will cause them to burn out more quickly. How long do you think they will keep up if I am running them so hot? I dont think they will damage anything but maybe im wrong
System Specs:
CPU: AMD 64 3200+ venice socket 939 @ 2.5Ghz
GFX: eVGA 6800 Ultra AGP
MOBO: Abit AV8

i dont know what would really work the best for a 6800 ultra. its the one with the already massive heatsink and fan on it. any ideas on what would work?
do you think this

would work better than whats already on it

aslo obviously there will be some arctic silver 5 to apply

Thanks for your input!!!

The 70C load for the 6800 is fine, no worries there.

The 65C for the CPU is high for a Venice. I would suggest getting some better cooling before you keep your chips OC'd that far.
