ok i am on a windows xp machine running nortan internet security and my favorite webbrowser appears to have quit working i open itup and it just shows a page cannot be found for any website even though internet explorer works fine what i am thinking is maybe someone that was on here blocked slimbrowser from using the net how can i remove it or check and see if it is on the block list?

To make a rule to allow Slimbrowser access through Norton Firewall:
--Open Norton Internet Security
--Double-click Personal Firewall
--Click the Program Control tab. You see a list of Application rules.
--Click Add. You see the "Select a program" browse window.
--Browse to the slimbrowser exe file and select it.
--Click Open, select Permit then click OK
--Choose a category, and then click OK. Slimbrowser will be added to the list.
--Click OK to finish

you.... you.... did..... you....

how can you say IE works ok IE is the source of all evil....

Start by replacing Norton with McAfee or some other third party software that does the same thing.. Norton puts out nothing but resource-hungry bloated software out there.
