What's the cheapest retail Computer Repair store?

Local shops are generally better, as you get a better comp for your money and a 1-year warranty, typically with drop-off service.
As far as retail stores, your best bet is to build a custom computer, they are also cheaper if you don't mind waiting for it to be built/shipped. You can sometimes customize one and point a quote online, give that a shot maybe.

As a note, most stores will generally charge as hourly fee. I personally charge $12 an hour, but will refund the money if it was a simple problem if I could've fixed it in a smaller timeframe than what it took.

A local computer store will be your best bet, I assure you
