Those cheap, "high wattage" power supplies are pure crap. They will never put out that wattage at normal operating temperature. They watt-rate their stuff at room temperature (or less), "just turned on" degrees.

If you definately have the cash, get a nice one like the OCZ or even better a Turbo-Cool. Rated 510watts, at 50*C (or the "SLI" version )

No, it has not been released yet. Looks like you'll have to wait a while (not sure how long though, becase ATi doesnt seem to have released a date yet.)

So the most powerful card currently is an Nvidia 6800gt? That is only 256mb correct? Should I wait until someone releases a 512mb card? How long might it be before we see one? I just want to have the most up-to-date card when I purchase in one month.

No, 6800GT is a mid-high range card; the 7800GTX is the technical best out, but I would wait for the ATI.

It should be out within a month.....
