Okay, I have Optimum online, and it's supposedly run on a dhcp server, which changes ips. How can I shorten the lease????

You can't change the lease on the IP that your ISP assigns you, it's a static address.

Why the hell does this guy need to change his IP address so bad? IF it's a legit reason, just freakin' call optonline and explain why, they can change it for you. It's their network.

But, if it's because you got banned for excessive team killing or cheating in a game... lol...
