uninstalling program

unable to completely uninstall program. add/remove shows delete but program remains in win 'programs'. attempt to uninstall files creates a pile up of 'out of bounds' file messages until pc crash. program is called - title bar reader, yayahoohoo.com. please advise

there's a program called "regcleaner" that should help you remove that pesky program.

xp compatible

thanks for your prompt reply. tweak ui is not listed as win xp compatible in the cnet download version. should i avoid install?
