Now my system runs like a charm cause of these things
If ppl are upgrading these spec I chosen are worth every penny

All three cost me 600 so it didnt come cheap but man my PC is blazing fast as I was drinking on New Years Eve

So whatcha think?

dang, cas2 on that ram? thats quick, did you get 2 or just 1? cuz if you got 2 you can run them in dual channel with a new P4 chip

i would definately get a 2nd one whenever you can afford it, and i know all about the budget thing, lol im pretty short on cash myself, and i been working on building a new PC for a while now

I run 2 of those exact memory modules in dual mode, and they are blazing fast, and easily OC'ed.

who is that mem made by? im thinking of going with corsair when i buy mine, they are a great company, but im looking at about $160 (usd) a gig how much is that in canadian?

hm

Hey Bleep just curious I just got one 512, do you think it'll be fast enough cause im running my system and runs like a charm

Here is a review: http://www.thecrucible.ca/reviews/OCZ_PC3200/OCZ_Review.htm

$160 USD is $206 CND right now http://www.xe.com/ucc/

Mine are winbond chips. I know they hand pick the chips as other good memory companies do, but not sure if all the modules come with winbond or others like hynix?

You can find this memory for around $145 CND ($112 USD) at some sites. I paid $143 CND per 512 MB stick.

Yep, should be good. If you can afford it later on, buy another stick, so you can run it in dual channel mode. The stock timings on this memory are already tight, and you can improve on them. If you are going to over-clock, this memory works like a charm, but I wouldn't run the timings too tight on a major CPU over-clock.
