NV arctic silencer?

i have a evga 6600gt agp. and i was wondering do they have a nv silencer arctic cooler thing for the agp version. or can the pci x16 fit on the card with the his heat sink along side it. and wat would i be able to get my core to? i already got my memory to 1ghz. yea its not much for now because im not getting max performance anyway because of lack of 1 gig system memory and my 6600gt doesnt like my via chipset. which im also waiting for my new mobo to get here with nvidia chipset
