May i know abt the windows 2K

I am one of the fresh user in windows 2000. May i know why after i installed this OS and also the FIFA 2005 games in my PC, then after i played this games and try to shut down it.
But the next day i try to on my PC, it cant allow me to open the windows 2000. May i know why???

is it the windows 2k cant allow me to play this games or else????
