New Motherboard

I need to decide on a new mobo, and cant figure out which one. I think im either gonna get the MSI K8N Neo4 or the Asus A8N Sli. I know the asus is very common but I heard it is somewhat unstable. I looked on newegg, and there are a few different versions of the MSI and I dont know what to get. I want PCI-E and SLI, but there are 2. A normal version and a platinum version. Also, on the Asus, there is a deluxe version, and a platinum version. What are your thoughts / opinions?

The MSI is a decent board, however Asus are total crap.
