Can't Boot into Ghost

I'm using Symantec Ghost 8.0 to reimage computers in a small lab. I have it setup so that we can boot directly into Ghost. It works on 29 of the systems, but I've got one annoying Toshiba Tecra that freezes on the Ghost screen before any options appear. I can boot into Ghost using a CD with the exact same ghost.exe. Any ideas?

I'm not using a floppy for anything. I have 2 partitions set up: one with Ghost and various images, another with the OS. It's set up so I can boot directly into Ghost from the hard drive.
