Pc Temp Help!!

hi my pc temp keeps jumping from 37 degress to 41 degressits a amd venice 939 3200 with stock cooling and heatsink what should the max temp be before i need to worry about things. whats the most it can handle. plz help.

When a processor is under load it will get hotter.
