Hi,

I just reinstalled the software on my notebook. In the process I added a D: partition to the computer so that I can put my data on the D: drive and all of the software on the C: drive. Is there any way that I can move the "documents and settings" folder to the D: drive? I have checked all of the options that I can see and cannot find anything that will work. Unless I can do this it defeats the purpose of having the D: partition

Thanks.

I dont recall is Windows Tweak XP allows that but its a registry setting that needs to be changed.

I do that with the temporary internet files so it doesnt clog up my os partition.

If you just want to move your My Documents folder, you can right click any shortcut to it (such as the one on the start menu, and in thye properties you can reloacte it. I'm not sure about the rest of documents and settings though
