SpeedFan

Hey!

I've installed SpeedFan to try and adjust my fan speed to a lower speed (yes, I know, I should just buy a hardware controller. But, I'm low on money at the moment).

I tried to adjust each fan speed of the three fan speeds available. But nothing changes what-so-ever.

My motherboard is an Asus A7V8X-X.
I'm thinking that maybe my motherboard is incompatible?
Any ideas?

yea, there is a list of compatable motherboards in a readme somewhere, he upgrades it all the time, email him, your board could be in the next update.

Yeah. Well, I'm waiting for some nice cooling to come. But, for the time being, I'm just making do of what I have laying around the house.
