machine auto startup

my company have a pentium II gigabyte dual bios mobo. After clear CMOS by jumpers ( erase setup password ), beep sound had been heard and dual bios automatic performed but reset had been choosed instead of restore bios. Now when power chord connect to power socket, and switch on the plug, the machine automatic start up without pressing the switch button on the machine. Eventhough the machine is started up, the monitor screen is totally black, no POST screen, and the monitor cursor is blinking with yellow color.

Is it the graphic driver corrupted ?

Or the bios is corrupted which make the machine boot up itself?

Anyone got ideas what is happen???

wow thats kinda weird try removing the cmos batterie then flash the cmos again and see what happens i dont think it is ur gfx card if that dont work i would try a reformat
