Thanks alot mgoldb2 that hleps out alot, Kray as for punctutation I try to take my time and use as much as I can if you looked at previous posts but it's a tedious and time consuming thing and I don't feel like looking back at other sentences makin sure I punctuated something right,I am jus trying to get my problems heard and sloved and properly thank the ppl who can be of help but thank you for pointing that out.

If you gave a total budget for your computer we could proberly help you more. I recomend skt 754 because am guessing you on a very tight budget. If it not as tight as I asume then you could get a skt 939 motherboard/cpu and that would be the best way to go. skt 754 a good options for those who cant aford skt 939 stuff.

Okay well let me ask do I need to get a gpu that says msi? or can I still choose between agp and pci.

I could not really find where it specified between which kind of slot it has and I noticed for mobo brand it said msi.

With the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra motherboard you would need a PCI-E video card. This is the future of video cards and agp is slowly being phased out. THis motherboard will not work with agp. Very few motherboard have both agp and pci-e. You have to choose one or the other when you buy a motherboard. You are much more future proof if you go pci-e and that why I recomended a pci-e motherbaord.

You can use ANY brand video card. it does not have to match the motherboard.

As long as the video card is PCI-E it will work in the motherboard.
