Are you looking for a super cheap power supply? What are you going to be using it for? Coolmax is powmax, which makes shitty things and has bad customer support. If you are using that power supply for a low end computer that needs only 200 watt of power, then that would be fine. However, if you really need the 450 watts of power, I would suggest looking into forton or xcilo power supplys as they are known to provide good power for cheap.

Anything other than antec or thermaltake is a risk, especially if you have a good system and/or want to overclock. A bad psu can take out an entire system. Its worth the money to get a good one.
