you could just get a ol cheap fan and put a resistor on it.

not sure of the strength of the resistor, lol they cost 2c each you might need to buy a few and test them. Coz you dont want it too low or it will stall.

Yeah, I'll just put a variable resistor in there, if I do it. That way I can control the speed (i.e. a home-made fan controller).

Hey he, sorry to plug a thread of mine, but this could very well solve some things. Or, here are some cheap fans that are quite powerful, and rather quiet as well.
