what the hells going on with my browser?

Im not sure whats wrong but
When im on ebay
pretend i click on "watch this item" or watever,
I have to login for like everything i do
even after i login
and i also have the "Keep me logged in" checked off.

ive deleted my cookies, and passwords
but i still have the problem
it happens with both IE and Netscape
someone help me please!

i have that. Its a feature in your profile. You can have it set to log in with cookies or dont log in with cookies meaning everywhere you go you can be logged in or everywhere you go your going to have to log in
