toolbar won't believe me!

this toolbar at the bottom of screen keeps just changing to xp defaul blue color almost every time i restart! and i want it to be silver!

what i don't understand is that it used to work fine for ages but now all of the sudden this started. ok well i installed a new hard drive and 512 of ram and a game called far cry. so maybe it's the game, but anyhow this seems quite weird to me. im using sp2.

anyone got the same problem?

i tried to put the taskbar to "classic windows" style, but that is also changed back to new blue xp style at almost every restart. A few times i was able to avoid this by first logging off and then restart, but even that doesn't work always. this is freaking irritating... maybe i'll just use a silver paint and paint the damn bottom part of my monitor! then we'll se who's laughing!
