when the uninstall fails, it says it cant find trial_setup.msi. i copied this file from the setup files in the .zip into the c:\windows\installers file, and then it got much further through its uninstall, before reporting an internal error, and then some numbers. (i think they were a memory reference.)

(i did this after right clicking in the drive, the properties, and then properties again, and then uninstalled the drive drivers, so it disapperaed.)

anyone got any other ideas?

ive found the exact error message. its:

Internal error 25001. 25038 (0x61CE), 0 (0x0)


i dont know if this means anything to you guys?

it wont uninstall in safe mode, either.


another strange thing, is that in add/rem. progs, it does not have a label. there is a little computer logo (the setup icon), and then nothing. when i click on remove, it says:

are you sure you would like to remove ************ from your system.


the stars are spaces, so there is a big gap. when posted, the gap closes for some reason if i put spaces. i dont know why it is doing this.
