Problem with laptop

Havng trouble with my laptop shuting off from time to time...

Could it be the memory failing ??

its not over heating is it? We need more detail. Prolly memory errors tho. Run a mem test when u boot up

After working for awhile I get a bluescreen (WInXP) and it says something about "Dumping memory..." Thats why I thought it could be the memory...
