Shuttle Mainboard An35n Ultra

I just got the Shuttle Mainboard An35n Ultra cuz my last board wasnt 8x agp.

i installed the board just like the intructions, then i plugged it in and booted up. it worked fine and i set up cmos and everything, then when it was starting up after i set up the cmos it had the windows xp boot menu. i chose normal boot and then it restarted the computer?! it keeps on restarting after i select from the boot menu?@? what do i do?

do the power cycle of the computer and restart again

if the problem persists then reseat the board

but do check out if it is doing the same thing without the board
if it is after the trouble shooting then replace it other wise post a message again and we will continue with further troubleshooting
