Couple million hours? Hm...theres only 8064 hours in a year, so couple million is a lifetime. So i guess i will overclock it. Is it safe to overlclock alll the time>?

I advise you read the AMD64 overclocking guide I linked to above as well as the general overclocking guide found in the overclocking forum first, and then start asking questions.

But to answer your question, it is safe so long as you know what you're doing
