removing heatsink from radeon 9800pro?

how do i go about doing it with out breaking the card... it has these 2 little black tab looking things connecting the heatsink to the card but how do i go about removing them?

more efficent heatsink

the kit also came with some copper heatsinks for the ram on the board... where are they located?

edit: nvm... i also just figured out where the ram is... im really need to practice searching... its so easy
