The heatsink is not included with that setup so you would have to buy your own,And i think the u-atx mean's it's universal so it will fit all atx case's but don't qoute me on that cause i'm not to sure

I'd just like to find out whether I need a heatsink if a fan is included in the case (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811145047 ). Ofcourse, a processor with a heatsink vs. a processor without would easily have a winner in cooling, but I'm wondering whether it is essential to the computer (so it won't break).
I'm asking this because I think I prefer the Intel setup better, but if a heatsink is essential, I'll go with the AMD one.

Believe me a heatsink with a good fan IS needed!!!
