WOO!
My package came today and everything is installed.
I am running Prime95 right now it's gone through 10 tests so far (each having 5 tests in the Lucas-Lehmer blah blah, you know) so thats 2 successful rounds. Now here is beauty:
Idle: lowest it went was 28C
Max: Not sure if this is THE max, but the highest it has gone so far is 64C. It drops back down to upper 50's right after hitting this though.
The new HSF and paste worked magic. And the great thing is with AS5, it gets better with age.
This weekend I will be modding the case and slapping a 120mm intake onto the side of the case. This should cool things down a bit more.
But no more 70 degree bull****. It hasn't even touched the 70* mark.
