Where do you see Microsoft going in the next few years

I agree with the comments above about Longhorn. It does look like a lot more spit shine polish and fluff than real improvements, but I'll reserve judgement till it actually hits the street.

I can say that I couldn't be happier with the Server 2003 kernel though (Which is what WinXP x64 runs) and I am very impressed with its stability.
