Change Email Address in Exchange

Small Buisness Server 2003 server management will let me change the email address for a user, but when the user logs off and then back onto the server it will automatically go back to the old email address in exchange. Same account differnet address. Does anybody know how to change the email address for a user? This does not seem to be very difficult, but it is giving me a really hard time.

Did you use your exchange server to change the user's email address? If you have Active Directory and an Exchange Server, always make changes on the Exchange server if it pertains to email accounts instead of the AD.
