Well, it fits your budget and has 8ms response time.

Why not go with a CRT, they're a much better value...
 
btw, the pc you are building is a lot like mine. What are the advantages of the dfi lanparty ut over the dfi lanparty?
 
I'm still split on which ram to get, but this computer is still hypothetical. If I get it I will get it around december, and by then everything will have changed, most likely.

NO don't go with that ram. It does not use WInbound Untested chips anymore. It uses some ohter chip that sucks for Overclcoking. The cheapest Ram that I know of that Uses Winbound chips are the OCZ value VX at Newegg.
