how to copy protected video cd?

I have a video cd which playes fine on the CD player. it has 2 video tracks. when i try to play the cd in PC, using any s/w like powerdvd, windows media player,1st track plays but the 2nd track will just not play. if i try to copy the cd, the 1st track can be copied, not the 2nd track. if i try to copy the cd using clonecd, blindwrite, isobuster or nero it says "illegal mode for this track". there are 3 tracks. 1 for the vcd info and the other 2 are the .dat files. the strange thing is that the track 3 is written in mode1 whereas the first 2 show mode2. i think this is some kind of copy protection. can anybody help to copy this cd?
