kazaa media desktop automatically shuts off

hi all,
i have installed kazaa media 2.6 on windows XP and it works fine for about 8 min and then kazaa is automatically closed. i could not get it back working. i had to restart the computer to get it back working for 10 min. i had tried installing it completly back again but the problem continues...
provide me some possible solutions.?

It is possible that u have some other application conflicting with the KMD. Try unchecking unnecessary items in msconfig and also disable non MS services.
Also check if there is any error log in adminstrative tools.

i have tried the msconfig settings as well. KMD 2.4 works fine but not the KMD 2.6 ..
any other solution or report

get rid of that spyware infested crap and get kazaa lite

exactly, Downloads K Lite K++ or watever its called now. You will find it by doing a google search on it.

try seeing if u uninstalled the programs it installs with it. if u have then it wont work
