Help! CD Drive Problem

I'm not sure if this is suppose to be posted here, but anyways,

I play lots of games on my computer. All of a sudden my CD Drive doesn't read the disks at all. NO CDS WORK. Ive tried cleaning the cds but that doesnt work either because their all scratch free. Any support?

Where? Do you think they would have them at Radio Shack? Becaus thats the closest place to me and i need one soon

best buy, circuit city, comp usa, or online newegg.com. i dont think radio shack has it. compare the prices and then buy one. also check theirs papers where they have specials and things.

well i have 3 computers and i just switched 1 good cd drive for this bad one and it still didnt work. So i think its some sort of sortware problem?

hmmm u got there it just suddenly stop? k i gonna standard stuff never had that problem beofore.

check cables and conectors

get the aspi drivers and install then.

post your specs.

music cds wont work either?

try that aspi drivers drivers
it seems like the drive is not comuniticating with your motherbaord
