here are just three that i am looking at.if there is one that you own and it works for you could you find a link of it on newegg or tigerdirect so i could consider it also.the system that this will power is in my sig.

those are all low-quality crappy PSU

if you're using AGP, go for the thermaltake 480W silent purepower
if you're going PCI-E, go for the modstream 520W (OCZ) if you don't plan on upgrading this computer, or if you do, the powerstream version

I just looked up the thermaltake 480W slilent purepower and it not a very good PSU. 18A on the 12V that not what I call good. 18A is the bear min you would want on a PSU.

That one a bit better with 26A on the 12V

Now what I consider a good PSU is something like the OCz PowerStream 520W OCZ520ADJ or the Antec NeoPower 480W NEOPOWER.
 
links to some of them please cause i have trouble finding powersupplys cause i don't know what some of the stuff means and i would like one 500+W
