its running at about 75c, i think that really bad and i believe thats a PSU problem its a pentium 540 3.2 GHz

PSU Problem? I dont understand how it could be related to the PSU.

Anyways, is your CPU fan still spinning? Is this a new build? Do you have any case fans?

Answer these and we'll be able to help out better.

im not sure, my psu is my weakest point so i guessed that was it
I noticed my PC is very loud compared to 4 fans, cpu, gpu, psu and back fan and no its not a new build

If it's a brand new build then 75C is normal, until the thermal pad or thermal compound sets. If it's not a new build, the you should remove the HS&FAN... Completely clean the CPU of all thermal material and apply some Arctic Silver 5. Use about a grain of rice worth and spread it evenly over the CPU die with a credit card or "like" object.

Then give it 100 hours to set.

Also, i you're using the stock HS&FAN... You might wanna grab an after market one, Possibly a Zalman or Thermaltake.

If it's a prescott and keep in mind he has a SFF, it's bound to run that hot

prescott=hottest CPU + SFF (bad ventilation) = hot CPU

yeah my pc was pre built and the non changable parts were for a normal PC. I should thought about it before i added any part i could find
