I'd go with the truepower 550. no particular reason except that more power could never hurt.

I would go with the 500w..Antec makes good PSUs.

I'd get the the first one (550W)
my friend has one, and it delivers stable power.

The OCZ PSUs are very high quality (not that Antec isnt), and there are few better choices. Cant go wrong with one
