Pointers for Choosing a LCD Monitor

Ouch, its pricey downunder...i paid $585 canadian plus 14.5% taxes for my LCD, but i know i wont have to upgrade in a year or three....i would stick with a samsung if possible if not willing to spend more....913t/930b are great....

On the Nintek site you listed, the best one for 570$ or less is the Hyundai L90d+. Personally, if your gonna spend $570, then why not spend $719 and get the Viewsonic VP191b when they restock it in July. Just my opinion though. I will always pay a little more to be happy with my purchase. The last thing I want to do is spend $500 tomorrow and $500 in less than a year from now....thats just me though, I always think the bigger picture...
 
yes i know australians can not buy off of newegg... but maybe u can find somewhere where they have that monitor for a price relative to the one in newegg... that benq FP937...i bought the FP931 2 months ago for 400 Canadian (50 mail in rebate - actual 450) from a store nearby and its great.
